Presently I am the priest and pastor at St. George's of Forest Hill in Kitchener.
I have served on the Congregational Coaching Team for several years. In addition, I have served as a certified coach with the John Maxwell Team.
The Doctor of Ministry Degree was completed December 2011 at Ashland Theological Seminary in Ohio. This degree focussed on church growth, healthy churches and congregational leadership.
Outside of church ministry, I was a guest lecturer at St. Clair College in Windsor and the Director of the Deacon Program at Canterbury College, also in Windsor. As a strong advocate for healthy relationships in volunteer organizations, I have served as the President and also Zone Chairman in the Lions' organization. I have also served as the Chairman of the National Service Council for the Canadian Diabetes Association.
As a teenager, I considered a full-time career in radio and television broadcasting. Later in my life, I had the privilege of working on the 100 Huntley Street television broadcast; and co-host a Christian radio show, both in Woodstock and Kitchener.
The personal blessings in my life include my wife Joyce, our four grown children and our three grandchildren.
I have enjoyed nurturing and encouraging healthy relationships and forward facing vitality in the congregational coaching opportunities I have had the privilege of serving....and I look forward to more opportunities to continue in this ministry.
